“The Hills are Alive”, “Do-Re-Mi”, “Edelweiss”, “Sixteen going on Seventeen”,… These and many other songs that have made Salzburg famous beyond the borders of Europe can be found in this unique show in the ambience of the Sternbräu restaurant.

Highlights from the film, Salzburg folk music and Mozart melodies, together with a delicious dinner, await you in the midst of the baroque scenery of Salzburg’s old town.

You will find a program that offers you an evening in Salzburg with a traditional flair: well-known operetta melodies, Austrian folk music, which was also played by the Trapp family, as well as cheerful classical pieces by the famous composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart await you.

The show begins with a recorded interview with Maria von Trapp, in which she tells the story of her family. For the Sound of Music Dinner that follows, the auditorium is transformed into an elegant dining room. The hosts at the “Sternbräu” have created a special four-course menu for this.
