Which kind of safety measurements do you have due to the Corona pandemic?

Your safety and the safety of our staff is very important to us! That is why we strictly follow all required safety standards from the government. By implementing those standards, we do our best to ensure your safety.

Are there any restrictions regarding the Hotel services due to Covid-19?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer breakfast. On request and upon availability, you can have breakfast in one of our sister hotels. Also, our reception hours are shorter:
Sunday – Thursday from 8 am – 2 pm, Friday & Saturday from 8 am – 6 pm
(due to the current restrictions the opening times may change)

Beside of that, our hotel services are available without any limitations (except of normal safety measures like wearing a mask, keeping distance, etc.). There is nothing standing in the way of visiting us at the old town Hotel Amadeus.

When dose the reception close?

ATTENTION: Due to the Covid19 pandemic, our opening hours have changed:
Sunday – Thursday from 8 am – 2 pm, Friday & Saturday from 8 am – 6 pm
(due to the current restrictions the opening times may change)

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival. If you arrive after our opening hours, your room key will be safely deposited for you.

Can I book sightseeing tours with you?

We are happy to help you with booking your sightseeing tour.

Is there a possibility to park my car?

The next public parking garage (parking garage Linzer Gasse: Glockengasse 4a, 5020 Salzburg) is located approximately 500 m away from the Hotel. The park ticket for 24 hours is € 17.90.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel.

Are your rooms equipped with an air conditioner?

The Hotel is a landmarked building. Therefore, we are not allowed to install air conditioners in the rooms. We do have fans available.

Is the tab water drinkable?

The tap water is drinkable in the whole Hotel.

Are the rooms equipped with a minibar?

Unfortunately, we do not have a minibar in the rooms. Nevertheless, we have a honesty bar in our Amadeus lounge, where you can pick up drinks 24/7 and enjoy them in the lounge, in your room or at one of our sunny terraces.

Do you offer bedding for people with allergies?

Yes, we offer anti-allergic bedding. Please inform us about your allergies prior to your arrival.
